· Fly Consulting started with an idea to provide low cost quantity take offs and estimating for small to medium sized contractors who needed these services due to a variety of reasons. · Fly Consulting started as "assistance" to a former employer that recognized the value of "part-time" estimators, or consultants, and in a very short time came to a legal agreement with Fly Consulting.

· Fly Consulting offers a comprehensive range of services to support contractors, including, but not limited to, pre-and post construction scheduling, pre and post construction quantity reports, Gantt charts for scheduling requirements, and information gathering.

· Prior to Fly Consulting, Mark A. Fly worked in the construction industry for 30 years. Coming up through the trenches he began estimating for General Contractors and sub contractors and providing project management for both areas. He soon realized the computer would revolutionize the business, making it easier and efficient to run a small to medium sized construction company. However, it soon became clear that many of these companies were not going to change. Either due to distrust or ignorance in the computer field. He quickly started publishing spreadsheets and databases for those he worked with and was still surprised that no one would invest in expanding the capabilities of the available technology. He is currently efficient in Microsoft Office, ACT!, On Screen Take Off, Quick Bid, and many other Construction Related Programs.

o  Mark says: "If I see an opportunity regarding new software on the market that would benefit the needs of small to medium sized contractors, I will always utilize it to it's fullest capacity, and, in turn, evaluate the learning curve and benefits it may have. All the while keeping the same target market budget in mind.
