· Came on board as a Superintendent and quickly promoted to Construction Management staff as Project Engineer/Asst. Project Manager.

· Gained recognition by CM peers by expedient adaptation to programs and procedures in place and then improvising with new technology to increase production and moral.

· Conducted OAC meetings, published meeting minutes and respective distribution, ensuring Project Quality Control with Pre Punch Walks and publishing punch lists that were clear and precise to all responsible parties.

· Streamlined existing procedures by utilizing available software while keeping the company format in place. Thus, increasing office and field production.

o Projects ranged from Tenant Improvements, Ground Ups, and Large Commercial Remodels in excess of $3M.

· I was a key player in implementing new strategy in marketing prospective customers. Provided material quantities to suppliers, tracked deliveries for accuracy. Maintained daily logs of workers activities in several different trades while on several projects.

· My hands-on-experience was extremely helpful in maintaining the highest degree of quality control.

· Gained respect of owner and peers by multi tasking the Project Management, Quality Control, and Customer relations to ensure total customer satisfaction. Still called on to this day to assist in new ideas and procedures.
